Terms & Conditions

All Applications are considered as binding and the contract becomes effective upon dispatch of our confirmation and invoice. Cancellations need to be made in writing and cancellation fees are charged as follows: Up to 6 weeks prior to the conference 50% of the participation fee. Afterwards substitutions will be allowed in the event that a registrant is unable to attend, but no refunds will be issued.
